These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yunbyfaith.com and your purchase of products from Yun By Faith Enterprise ("Yun By Faith", "we", "our", or "us").

All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except where required by applicable law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
4. ORDERS
4.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Your order is considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and received payment, subject to product availability and applicable law.
4.2 Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes to the product, size, colour, quantity or shipping address.

Yun By Faith is not responsible for delivery failures, delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
5. PAYMENT
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Yun By Faith does not ordinarily have access to your complete payment card details.
If payment is unsuccessful, incomplete or cannot be verified, we may cancel or hold the order until payment is successfully received.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping information, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are provided at checkout and/or in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed to the relevant courier, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For international orders, Yun By Faith covers applicable customs duties and import taxes associated with the shipment, subject to the terms of the applicable shipping arrangement.

7. RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Our returns policy is set out in our Shipping & Returns page.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Returns Policy.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, Yun By Faith provides store credit only. We do not offer cash or monetary refunds for change-of-mind returns.
Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
This policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
8. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged upon arrival or different from the product you ordered, please contact us at yunbyfaith@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, videos, order information or other documentation to help us assess the issue.
Where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
This may include a replacement, repair, store credit, refund or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
9. GARMENT CARE
Our garments may contain delicate fabrics, lace, embroidery, embellishments or other specialised detailing.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment.
Yun By Faith is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow recommended care instructions, improper washing, drying, ironing, alterations or other improper handling after delivery.
